Yes, we are located on the second floor of the flea market (at door 12).

Do I have to book in advance or can I show up directly and be able to play?

It is best to book online to guarantee a place. We cannot guarantee that there will be space if you do not reserve.

Question 3

What is the minimum age to participate in games at Level Up?

Accepted Answer

There is no minimum age at Level Up. Everyone is welcome, but we suggest children that are at least 5 years old. We consider that younger than that, it will be difficult for the child to fully understand the concept of the game.

Question 4

What is the maximum number of players in a room?

Accepted Answer

We have a maximum of 8 players. The game is compatible with groups of 2 to 8 players only. If you want to have a larger group, you will have to contact us, but be aware that you risk stepping on your toes!

How long does the activity last?

A session at Level Up lasts one hour.

Is there a recommended dress code?

We strongly advise you to dress in sporty clothing. You risk getting hot otherwise. Note that we provide Level Up anti-slip socks to play in our rooms!

Can I leave my children alone in a room?

Yes and no! It all depends on the age of the child. We consider that from the age of 12, children can stay alone in a room. Otherwise, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Is there a difference between your rooms?

No! All our rooms are identical! They contain the same games, with the same difficulty levels, but they are completely independent of each other.

Question 9

Should I bring running shoes?

You can bring your shoes! However, we provide Level Up anti-slip socks, with which you can play the game.

Question 10

Should I bring a bottle of water?

Accepted Answer

It is strongly recommended to bring your own water bottle. You will have the option to complete it at reception. We also offer refreshing drinks for sale.
